Kin Thai Food

Kin Thai Food is a Thai food truck based in Moșnița Nouă, created to bring the authentic taste of Thailand to our local community. As a Thai citizen living in Romania, I wanted to share the dishes and aromas I grew up with — the street food, the spices, and the warmth of Thai cooking.

Every recipe is inspired by home kitchens and markets in Thailand: the balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy that defines real Thai cuisine. From Pad Thai and green curry to comforting street dishes, everything is cooked fresh and full of heart.

Our food truck is more than a kitchen — it’s a bridge between cultures. We believe that good food brings people together, no matter where they’re from.
